There are many cake options and designs out there and the procedure can be very complex sometimes. Bellow are some common questions it might help you with your enquiry.
Do you offer gluten-free options
We offer gluten-friendly options and take great care in their preparation. However, please note that our kitchen also handles gluten-containing ingredients. While we follow strict cleaning and handling practices, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from gluten.
Do you offer nut-free options?
We can make most cakes nut-free on request (except for LEMACHIO). However, our kitchen also handles nuts, so while we take great care, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from nuts.
How long in advance should I place my order?
What is the process of ordering/designing a cake?
We recommend that you make an initial contact through our enquiry form on our website providing as much information as you can about your event. This will assist us with providing you with a personalised quote and availability. Click here to download the informative document.
From there we will discuss final details and adjust your request until we get to the final order. An invoice for booking will be sent and your order will be confirmed.
Our Shop Online cakes though don’t require as much admin, and therefore all that’s needed is the online purchase to be made, pickup or delivery date chosen in our calendar and any small customisation (if applicable to that design) be outlined at checkout in the ‘Notes’ section. From there, you will receive a confirmation email and if we have any questions or concerns about your order, we will contact you to clarify.
